Monterosa Cerro de São Miguel Premium

Monterosa Cerro de São Miguel Premium is a blended extra virgin olive oil from Moncarapacho in the Algarve, Portugal. It is the more intense blend in the current Monterosa range, with fresh herbal fruitiness and notes of vegetables, sweet almond, and walnut. Persistent on the palate, it finishes with light bitterness and increasing pungency, and pairs especially well with meats and full-flavoured sauces.
