Made from Leccino, Mission and Nevadillo Blanco olives hand-harvested in Etajima, Hiroshima Prefecture, this extra virgin olive oil shows a clean mos green colour and a fruity aroma with notes of banana, nuts and butter. Cold-pressed the same day within nine hours of picking at 21-24°C, it balances pronounced sweetness with medium bitterness and strong pungency, pairing well with bread, salad, yoghurt and Japanese dishes with umami.
