Meneghetti Rosulja

Meneghetti Rosulja is an extra virgin olive oil from the rare Rosulja (Rošinjola) varietal, recognised in Istria as an excellent oil crop. It offers an intensive odour with notes of medium-mature tomato, artichoke, lettuce and dry fruits, alongside a pronounced yet well-balanced piquancy and bitterness. The refined, strong taste is enriched by hints of healing herbs, with a clear, intense golden colour shaded green. It pairs excellently with meat, venison and oily fish.
