Meneghetti Izbor is a 2025 harvest blend of Buža (30%), Leccino (30%), Rosinjola (20%) and Bjelica (20%) olives grown at Stancija Meneghetti in Bale, Croatian Istria. Hand-picked in mid-October and transported within six hours for cold extraction at up to 28 °C, the oil shows medium to pronounced fruitiness with notes of fresh grass, green almond and artichoke, balanced by refined bitterness (4.7) and elegant pungency (5.8).
