Mate Centum

Mate Centum is a limited-edition extra virgin olive oil blend crafted from Leccino, Buza, Bianchera, and Oblica olives to commemorate the centenary of Mate Vekić’s birth. Classified as intense fruity, it offers an elegant bouquet and harmonious flavour with bitterness and lively spiciness, complemented by fresh notes of almond, grass, banana, and dandelion. Bottled in the early days of the 2025 harvest from 29th September to 7th October, it celebrates local Istrian varieties. This unique oil naturally enhances any dish with its varietal complexity.
