It presents a welcoming, fresh, green fruity aroma with hints of almond, apple, green banana, and aromatic herbs. The palate opens with slight sweetness, evolving into vibrant, harmonious bitter and spicy notes evoking thistle and chilli. Ideal for enhancing both raw and cooked dishes, it brings out the intrinsic qualities of every meal.
