Mardouw XXV Intense is made mainly from Coratina and FS17 olives grown at Mardouw Olive Estate near Swellendam in the Breede River Valley, at the foothills of the Langeberg Mountains. The olives are cold-pressed on the estate, yielding a certified extra virgin olive oil with a free acidity of 0.21% and a peroxide value of 5.0 meq/kg.
