Produced from dry land (not irrigated) trees which typically results in a much lower quantity of oil but enhances the flavor. This exceptional oil has been awarded 4 consecutive gold medals and was judged as the best extra virgin olive oil in Victoria in 2021. The 2L cask comes with a tap to seal in freshness by eliminating the ingress of air, maintaining quality for much longer.
