Main Ridge Olive Co. produces a 500ML bottle of 100% extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed from organically managed, pesticide-free olive trees. The oil is sourced from the Mornington Peninsula, incorporating olives from Main Ridge, Red Hill, Rye, and Flinders. Harvest occurs between May and June, with a recommended consumption period of two years from harvest.
The product is unrefined, cold extracted, and free from chemicals, containing monounsaturated fats and antioxidants. It is packaged in recycled materials with biodegradable printing. The oil has a high smoke point (typically exceeding 200°C), making it suitable for cooking.
