Maedaya Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Made from Koroneiki olives grown in Fuefuki, Yamanashi Prefecture, this extra virgin olive oil has a green tea aroma with buttery creaminess and matcha-like bitterness. A spicy peppery sensation lingers at the back of the throat. Cold extracted from Japanese olives - quite an uncommon cultivation of the Greek Koroneiki variety.
