Made from olives grown in Fuefuki, Yamanashi Prefecture, this extra virgin olive oil offers a ripe banana aroma with creamy sweetness and fruity notes of banana and apple. The oil has low bitterness and pungency, resulting in a mild flavour profile. It is pressed from a blend of olive varieties cultivated in Japan's mountainous central region.
