Leontyna Black Label Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from olives harvested in the Mornington Peninsula, Australia. It has received Gold awards at the Australian International Olive Awards (AIOA) in 2023 and 2024 for its exceptional quality. The oil offers a complex aroma with notes of green grass, pine needles, rocket, green apple, citrus, fresh olive, and hints of celery and walnuts. It features moderate intensity with dominant herbaceous notes, some sweet mid-palate development, clean mouthfeel, slight astringency, and moderate bitterness. The finish is lingering with green fruity notes and well-integrated chili pungency.
