Lacanale's First Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from olives harvested early in the season. Available as single varieties:

• WA Mission: A medium-bodied oil with a robust olive aroma and a slightly bitter finish.
• Frantoio: Offers herbaceous notes with hints of citrus, featuring fig, green almond, mint, and fresh hops, balanced by a peppery finish.
• Pendolino: Features a complex mouthfeel with spicy black pepper notes, accompanied by chicory and lettuce hints, characterized by elegant bitterness and pronounced spiciness.
