Kristofola Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a high-quality varietal oil from Bale in Istria, Croatia, produced from the autochthonous Buža and Tuscan Pendolino olive varieties. It is obtained directly from fresh olives through a cold and exclusively mechanical process, ensuring purity and authenticity. Harvested in 2024, it is best stored away from light and heat at 14-18°C.
