Made from an 80% Frantoio and 20% Coratina blend harvested early in the season from the family grove in the South Gippsland hills, this unfiltered oil is the estate's first release. The early harvest timing helps Kardella reach their polyphenolic content whilst delivering a robust, peppery profile with grassy top notes and a distinctive catch.
