Extra virgin olive oil cuvée is a blend of multiple olive varieties, principally Istrska belica, Leccino and Maurino, supplemented by other selected varieties. Obtained directly from olives using mechanical processes. It exhibits fresh, fruity notes with medium bitterness and spiciness. Aromas include green and fruity elements reminiscent of olive leaves, aromatic herbs, apple, artichoke, tomato leaves and freshly mown grass, balanced with sweet almond.
