Kante Cuvée is a blend of several olive varieties grown on the farm - primarily Istrska Bjelica, Leccino and Maurino, with other selected fruit such as Frantoio. It is made with using early-harvest fruit and processed as soon as possible after picking, showing fresh fruity notes with medium bitterness and spiciness. Aromas include olive leaf, aromatic herbs, apple, artichoke, tomato leaf and freshly mown grass, balanced with sweet almond.
