Kante's Maurino extra virgin olive oil is made from Maurino olives harvested very early, from late September into October and processed as soon as possible after picking. The oil has a milder taste compared with the family's other oils with medium aromatic intensity, offering aromas of cut grass, green apple and almond next to flavours of green apple and Mediterranean herbs.
