Kante Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Kante Classic is a Leccino and Frantoio blend from Kante Farm in Vipavska dolina, harvested in the late September to October window and processed as soon as possible after picking. It has aromas of freshly mown grass and tomato with a slight chicory aftertaste, balanced green and ripe notes and medium bitterness and pungency. Obtained directly from olives mechancically, it is used on salads, risottos, baked dishes and bread.
