A blend of Leccino, Frantoio, Maurino and Pendolino olive varieties, this premium extra virgin olive oil is produced by cold pressing on the day of harvest. It has a pronounced green colour with medium bitterness and pungency. Suitable for salads, grilled vegetables, young cheeses and white fish.
