Ipša Selekcija

Ipša Selekcija is a harmonious coupage of extra virgin olive oils from Istrian Bjelica, Leccino, Frantoio, Črnica, and Bugla varieties, hand-picked in October and produced organically. This golden yellow oil with a hint of green boasts mild aromas and sensations of fresh olives and almonds. Mildly bitter and piquant, it creates a unique balance on the palate. It pairs fantastically with green salads, fresh raw fish, semi-hard cheeses, and grilled vegetables.
