Ipša Leccino is a monocultivar extra virgin olive oil from hand-picked Leccino olives, harvested in October using organic production methods in Istria, Croatia. Golden green in colour with an intense aroma, it is nicely rounded, fruity, fresh and elegant, featuring a hint of bitterness and piquancy, with tastes of olives followed by rich fruity sensations. It beautifully complements fresh raw fish, scampi, shells, white meat, young cheese and a variety of fresh cheeses.
