Ipša Istarska Bjelica is a golden green monocultivar extra virgin olive oil from the rare Istarska Bjelica olives, hand-picked in October and produced organically. It has an intense aroma featuring freshly cut grass, artichokes, mint, and rosemary, evolving into notes of green olives, chicory, almonds, and subtle black pepper, with a mildly bitter and piquant profile. This versatile oil perfectly complements red meat, barbecued fish, mature cheeses, salads, and even chocolate cake, mousse, or ice cream.
