Ipša Frantoio is a top-quality monocultivar extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio olives, hand-picked in October and produced organically in Istria, Croatia. Green in colour, it sports an intense aroma of olives, artichokes, basil and rosemary, complemented by a rich, piquant taste with herbal notes, a hint of bitterness and strong pungency. It pairs fantastically with mature cheese, wild asparagus, blue fish, barbecued vegetables, meat, venison and truffles. Recognised among the Flos Olei Guide's top 20 world olive oils in 2011 and 2017.
