Made from hand-picked Picual olives grown on Shodoshima island, this limited edition oil is cold-pressed shortly after harvest to preserve its freshness. It carries a vibrant, green profile with notes of green olive, tomato leaf, artichoke and young grass. A measured bitterness and sharp pungency give it a strong, spicy character.
