Il Fiorello Olio Nuovo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Il Fiorello's olio nuovo: the style is oil just milled, fresh, robust and very intense. It's unfiltered, distinguishing this release from their other settled and decanted oils. Their olio nuovo is made around harvest and milling season and is best used while its new-oil character is pronounced. It comes suggested to be served with toasted bread, steak, roasted pumpkin, potatoes and grilled eggplant.
