Hypereleon Ultra Gold

Hypereleon Ultra Gold is an organic, single-variety extra virgin olive oil from the Olympia cultivar, grown at high altitude in Arcadia, Peloponnese, near Ancient Olympia. Harvested supremely early by mid-September and cold-extracted within six hours, it delivers a robust, intensely bitter and piquant flavour balanced by fruity notes, with a brilliant golden-green colour. Its polyphenol content exceeds 2000 mg/kg, supported by over 120 top international awards, and it carries an acidity of just 0.28%.
