Hypereleon Gold is an organic extra virgin olive oil from the Olympia variety, grown at high altitude in Arcadia, Peloponnese, near Ancient Olympia. Harvested supremely early by mid-September and cold-extracted within six hours, it delivers a robust, intensely bitter and piquant flavour with balanced fruity notes and a brilliant golden-green colour. With over 2000 mg/kg of polyphenols and an acidity of just 0.28%, it has earned more than 120 top international awards.
