Frantoio Monovarietal

A medium style extra virgin olive oil made from Frantoio olives grown at Het Vlock Casteel in the Riebeek Valley, from the 2026 harvest. It is well balanced and fruity with good persistence, carrying notes of green olive, grass, artichoke, almond and apple, with a shelf life up to August 2028. Fold it into a green salad of rocket, nuts and parmesan.
