The Selekcija extra virgin olive oil is a blend of Leccino and Frantoio olives, selected for milder characteristics and pressed in the Gregor Lisjak oil mill in Krkavče, Slovenia. Olives are harvested from mid-October to mid-November. It offers slightly fruity aromas with grass and almond notes, and a harmonious taste balancing sweetness, mild bitterness, and light spiciness. The oil is medium fruity, with an initial green colour that develops yellow shades over time.
