Gregor Lisjak KORTINA limited edition extra virgin olive oil 2025 is a filtered blend from olives harvested on 1st and 2nd October 2025 in the Krkavče olive grove, Slovenia. The early-harvest olives, processed within hours in the estate mill, comprise Buga, Maurino, Itrana, Leccino and Frantoio varieties. This high polyphenol oil exhibits strong fruitiness with grassy notes, a spicy green almond character and subtle artichoke aromas. The palate features initial sweetness, followed by medium bitterness and medium spiciness. Suitable for fish, seafood, shellfish and tender meat cuts.
