Kortina extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from the Kortina olive grove in Krkavče, Slovenia. Olives are harvested in early October and processed within hours in the estate's mill. It is a blend of Buga, Maurino, Itrana and Leccino varieties from the 2024/2025 harvest.

Tasting notes include fruity aromas with grass, green almond spiciness and artichoke. The palate starts sweet, followed by medium bitterness and spiciness. It has strong fruitiness and high polyphenol content.

Suitable for fish, seafood, shellfish and tender meat cuts.
