A limited-release monovarietal extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively from Leccino olives grown in Western Australia's Great Southern region. This "olio nuovo" (new oil) represents the first pressed fruit of the 2025 harvest.

Recommended to consume within six weeks of opening due to its fresh unfiltered processing.
