Grassy Spur Olives produces a single variety extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) from the Picual varietal. The oil features intense fresh and green attributes with notes of fig leaves, herbs, fennel, and spice, alongside herbal undertones, a creamy mouthfeel, and a balanced bitterness with dry fruit aromas.

Processed onsite within hours of harvesting, the Picual EVOO has received multiple awards, including Gold Medals at the Australian International Olive Awards (2024, 2023, 2021, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011) and the New York International Olive Oil Competition (2018, 2015, 2014).
