Grassy Spur Olives Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Grassy Spur Olives produces a single-variety Coratina extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) from the 2024 harvest, a high-yield crop recognised with a Silver Medal at the Australian International Olive Awards (2024). Olives are sourced from Grove 2 in Stony Creek, South Gippsland, planted in 2005 under windy conditions conducive to robust growth. Harvested olives are processed onsite within 2–3 hours of picking, ensuring freshness.

Awards history includes a 2023 Gold Medal and Reserve Class Champion at the Australian International Olive Awards, alongside prior accolades from 2013–2023 in both Robust and Medium classes across national and international competitions.

Produced without synthetic chemicals, with bee-assisted pollination supporting biodiversity. Store in cool, dark conditions to preserve flavour integrity.
