Grassy Spur Olives Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Grassy Spur Olives produces a single-variety Coratina extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) from the 2024 harvest, a high-yield crop recognised with a Silver Medal at the Australian International Olive Awards (2024). Olives are sourced from Grove 2 in Stony Creek, South Gippsland, planted in 2005 under windy conditions conducive to robust growth. Harvested olives are processed onsite within 2-3 hours of picking, ensuring freshness.

Awards history includes a 2023 Gold Medal and Reserve Class Champion at the Australian International Olive Awards, alongside prior accolades from 2013-2023 in both Robust and Medium classes across national and international competitions.

Produced without synthetic chemicals, with bee-assisted pollination supporting biodiversity. Store in cool, dark conditions to preserve flavour integrity.
