Introduced to online customers in 2025, Robust is cold-pressed from Australian olives sourced from local growers after drought and heat affected Grampians Olive Co's estate crop. The blend features Frantoio with various unnamed complementary cultivars. While those growers from which this blend is sourced from follow similar sustainable practices the oil lacks the certified organic label and is not a single-estate product (unlike Grampian Olive Co's other oils).
Originally supplied exclusively to restaurant and café clients, the oil has received praise from chefs for its bold, well-balanced flavour profile.
The oil is bottled at Grampians Olive Co in small batches and shipped from the family farm.
