Newly on offer from 2025 to consumers, this oil is cold-pressed from quality Australian olives, featuring Frantoio variety balanced with complementary varieties. The oil was developed in collaboration with local growers following sustainable practices in response to drought and heatwave conditions affecting crops.
Originally supplied exclusively to restaurant and café clients, the oil has received praise from chefs for its bold, well-balanced flavour profile.
It bottled on-site in small batches, and shipped direct from the family farm. The oil is not certified organic like other stalwarts in the Grampians Olive Oil range.
