Grown on Melanie and Rob's grove near Rutherglen in Victoria, where they have tended established olive trees for over a decade, this Classic label extra virgin olive oil is first cold-pressed to preserve its character. The oil shows characteristic fresh-cut grass aromas with subtle pepper notes and a measured polyphenol content of 484 mg/kg in 2026.
