Gold Ridge Organic Tuscan Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A lively, green, and herbaceous medium bodied extra virgin olive oil which offers bold notes of freshly cut grass and herbes de Provence, followed by green apple, bay leaf, and green tea, finishing with a lightly peppery pungency. It is crafted from an Italian blend of mostly Frantoio and Leccino olives, with smaller amounts of Maurino and Pendolino, sourced from certified organic California orchards and milled onsite within hours of hand-harvest in the estate's CCOF certified mill. Ideal for sautΓ©ing, dipping, drizzling, or vinaigrettes, it pairs well with a variety of dishes and has earned multiple gold awards, including from the New York International Olive Oil Competition (2017-2025), California State Fair (2024-2025), and Sonoma County Harvest Fair (2022, 2024), along with annual COOC certification.
