Gold Ridge Organic Arbequina Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This extra virgin olive oil features taut green flavors with notes of chewy green banana, wheatgrass, green almond, green peppercorn, and subtle green melon and tropical fruit on the finish, offering low bitterness and a buttery texture typical of Arbequina. It is made from a blend of six Spanish olive varieties (Arbequina, Empeltre, Leccin de Sevilla, Hojiblanca, Picual, and Manzanilla) grown organically on the estate and cold-pressed within hours of hand-harvest in the onsite mill to preserve polyphenols (357 at harvest) and antioxidants. Ideal for salad dressings, sweet or savory baking, citrus or white wine vinaigrettes, drizzling over popcorn or fresh goat cheese, and pairing with apple cider vinegar. It has earned multiple GOLD awards at the New York International Olive Oil Competition (2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2025), DOUBLE GOLD at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair (2022, 2023), and annual certification as Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.
