Produced by Gilmore Valley Grove in Mid-Western New South Wales, The Rusty Bus Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from handpicked olives pressed on the farm within hours of harvest. Cold-pressed to retain freshness and reported composition, this 100% pure oil has no additives or preservatives.

Awarded Gold Medals at the Australian International Olive Awards in both 2024 and 2023, the 2023 vintage also secured Reserve Champion in the Other Varietal EVOO category. Judges highlighted intense fresh fruity aromas of camomile, pea shoots, cinnamon, sweets, rocket, herbs, blossom, almonds, and green salad in 2024, while the 2023 offering showcased notes of ginger, green tea, cut grass, watercress, olive, sorrel, spice, and astringency with a chili-like finish. Both vintages feature a creamy mouthfeel, balanced complexity, and a harmonious finish.

Versatile for drizzling over salads, enhancing roasted vegetables, or adding depth to dishes, this oil has a rounded monounsaturated-fat composition.
