Producer Notes
Bright and expressive, with freshness followed by a peppery early-harvest bite. The Corregiola olives come from a small dryland grove between Swan Bay and Port Phillip Bay on the Bellarine Peninsula. The grove is managed without synthetic fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides, with native vegetation and its northern creek corridor restored.
