Frog Hollow Farm's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made in Tuscan style from five traditional varieties: Maurino, Frantoio, Leccino, Coratino, and Pendolino, grown exclusively on their 2-acre organic grove in Brentwood, California. Olives are hand picked on the same day at both green and purple ripeness stages and cold-pressed locally in Petaluma to preserve freshness. It features a delicate mouthfeel with vegetal notes of kale and matcha, grassy tones, hints of melon and grass-fed butter, and a peppery finish. This certified organic oil pairs beautifully with fresh salads, grilled vegetables, artisan breads, and light seafood dishes, highlighting the unique character of each harvest, including the bountiful 2022 and superb 2023 vintages.
