Esporão Selecção Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Alentejo, Portugal, is crafted from a blend of Azeiteira, Cobrançosa, Cordovil, Frantoio, Galega, and Picual olives. Using cold extraction at temperatures below 24ºC, it preserves a complex aroma of herbal, fresh cut grass, and tomato vines, with a palate that is elegant, balanced, and persistent with green walnut notes. This oil pairs excellently with vegetables, asparagus, grilled meats, and is perfect for finishing dishes or dipping bread.
