Esporão Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from Alentejo, Portugal, is a blend of Blanqueta, Arbequina, Cobrançosa, Cordovil and Picual olives. It offers a complex aroma with notes of green grass, green apple, tomato, arugula, artichoke, and banana peel, followed by a bitter and spicy palate. Cold-extracted at temperatures below 24°C, this certified organic oil is ideal for finishing dishes, soups, and salads, or for making pesto. With a maximum acidity of 0.2%, it delivers a harmonious and persistent finish.
