Ellora Farms Traceable Kolymvari Estates

Made from 100% Koroneiki olives grown on the Kolymvari estates in Crete, this PDO-certified oil is cold-extracted within hours of harvest to preserve its freshness. The olives are transported to the mill under refrigeration and stored in climate controlled conditions as part of their efforts to minimise oxidation and lower the FFAs in the resulting oil. It delivers a rich fruity aroma and a distinctive peppery finish, with each lot numbered for traceability back to the grove.
