Made from Australian-grown Kalamon olives at Dandaragan Estate in Western Australia's Moore River region, this extra virgin olive oil shows a distinct grassy-green colour and a smooth, fruity character. The estate has operated since 1846 under a Mediterranean-type climate. It works well as a dipping oil or drizzled over fish, meat, vegetables and salads.
