Cuj Buza is an extra virgin olive oil produced from the autochthonous Istrian Buza olive variety. It has moderately pronounced fruity aromas of fresh, green olive fruit, complemented by subtle hints of almond and hazelnut. The oil delivers a harmonious profile with uniform bitterness and spiciness. It complements fresh foods and pairs with raw blue fish, particularly tuna and salmon.
