Cradle Coast Olives' Sevillano is typically a gentle, fruit-led expression of the O'Neil family's cool climate Tasmanian grove. Its mild green apple, banana and nut character carries through to a palate with medium bitterness and a peppery lift. Carol and Tony O'Neil have grown and processed olives on their Abbotsham property since 1996, combining careful hand management with same-day pressing in their on-site Olio Mio facility.
