The 2023 vintage features complex aromas of aniseed, fennel, eucalyptus, mint, and dried herbs, followed by a palate of soft herbs, sweet fruit, and salad leaves. A lingering Sichuan pepper note adds a subtle spicy finish. The 2024 harvest offers milder characteristics, with green grass and stone fruit aromas, a full mouthfeel, and a medium finish marked by black pepper and slight astringency.
