Cradle Coast Olives Medley

Cradle Coast Olives' Medley is a lively Tasmanian blend shaped by the O'Neil family's 15-hectare property in the Derwent Valley. Across the releases, we find a fresh, herbaceous profile with green fruit, tomato leaf, woody herbs and pepper, balanced by gentle bitterness, lingering heat and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Carol and Tony O'Neil have been tending their cool climate grove since 1996, with hand-managed trees and same day processing in their on-site Olio Mio facility keeping the focus on freshness and character.
